Kimberlee is a dynamic Program and Development Specialist at the Biennial of the Americas, dedicated to fostering connections and inspiring change through cultural dialogue and collaboration. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Culture from Miami University, Kimberlee has built a career centered on advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her experience in higher education includes supporting underrepresented students, creating spaces of belonging, and driving initiatives that promote cultural empathy and success.
In addition to her academic and professional background, Kimberlee brings entrepreneurial expertise from her years as a small business owner, where she honed her skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and innovative problem-solving. Her tenure on the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce Associate Board further highlights her ability to lead events and drive community engagement. These experiences uniquely position her to develop and execute programs at the Biennial that align with its mission to enrich the cultural landscape through transformative art and ideas.
Kimberlee also supports Biennial’s grant-related activities, assisting with proposal development, tracking deadlines, and compiling key documentation to secure funding. Passionate about connecting people and fostering collaboration, she is committed to advancing the organization’s mission and creating meaningful impact across the Americas.
