Scott Hefner

Scott is senior partner at EY that has held numerous leadership roles including: Southwest Region Managing Partner of Markets and Accounts, Denver Office Managing Partner, Southwest Region Technology, Media and Telecom Leader, and Americas Telecom Segment Leader. He has served numerous clients ranging from Silicon Valley start-ups to large multinationals in the telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, retail, and diversified financial services industries.
In the Denver community, Scott currently serves on the boards of the Biennial of the Americas (treasurer and executive board member) and Boy Scouts of America -Denver Council, and previously served on the boards of the American Heart Association of Denver and the Craig Hospital Foundation, where he chaired the board. He is a Champion’s Circle and Tocqueville member of the United Way and previously led the Tocqueville Society in Denver.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri - St. Louis, where he currently serves on the Chancellor’s Council. Scott is originally from Chicago and he has been in the St. Louis, San Francisco, San Antonio and Denver offices of EY. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Scott and his wife Cheryl have a daughter and son and are also recent grandparents. Scott is an avid hockey player and fan, and has a decent time getting around a golf course.
