Currently Chief Diversity Officer for Washington Technology Industry Association, and previously at Arrow Electronics where she served as Head of Work(place) Forward – Global Inclusion & Diversity, Yolánda is responsible for developing then driving inclusive workplace and employee experience strategies across the enterprise. Her superpower capability is to lead with a laser focus on ensuring diversity and equity advancement is positioned as a key business imperative.
