Luis Garibay is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur and investor with over 25 years of extensive corporate experience in global operations, logistics, and international trade. Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 corporations and Startups in the Tech, Logistics, Automotive, Healthcare and Energy industries leveraging his expertise to optimize supply chains, streamline operations, and drive profitability on a global scale.
His entrepreneurial spirit led him to partner and scale a logistics business and to co-found and lead a logistics technology company, where he spearheaded innovation in the industry. Through strategic vision and effective leadership, he successfully guided the company to be recognized as an Inc 5000 fastest-growing companies for three years in a row and to a successful exit, solidifying his reputation as a visionary entrepreneur and investor.
Building on his diverse background, he currently holds interest in the logistics and industrial development sectors and serves as CEO of LFG Consulting, a boutique business consulting firm, where he continues to provide strategic guidance and advisory services to companies seeking to navigate the complexities of global business operations. With a track record of success and a wealth of experience, he remains at the forefront of driving innovation and shaping the future of the industry.
Luis holds a Law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and executive business certifications from the University of Miami, EGADE Business School & Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
Luis and his wife, Fernanda, are the proud parents of two children. As a family they enjoy traveling and participating in a variety of community-related activities. Since moving to Colorado in 2022, this will be his third delegation supporting the Biennial of the Americas.
