Debbie has served as a strategic advisor for Fortune 500 CEOs and Executives in areas of risk mitigation, public policy, and corporate social responsibility. Debbie has national and global thought leadership experience in areas of economic opportunities for women. As President of the Colorado Business Roundtable, the state affiliate of the National Business Roundtable, Debbie leads a coalition of fifty CEOs and C‐suite executives from some of the state’s largest employers from academia, business, community, and government working to strengthen Colorado’s economic vitality in areas of tax and regulatory structure, workforce, and infrastructure. Debbie recently led the first Colorado business delegation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the invitation of Her Royal Highness Ambassador Reema to find global business opportunities and
partnerships for Colorado businesses. Debbie started her career as an entrepreneur with boutique consulting firms Firsthand Marketing, specializing in financial services clients, and then Amplify Strategies, a public policy and communications
firm for businesses, nonprofits organizatio,ns and advocacy efforts with a strong background in the oil and natural gas industry.
Debbie has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Colorado by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and a Who’s Who in Energy and a finalist for Outstanding Women in Business by the Denver Business Journal. Debbie serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and was previously Chairman of the Board for Cherry Creek Academy. Debbie volunteers as a business mentor for women entrepreneurs in Afghanistan and Rwanda with the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women. Debbie also serves on tNationalnal Advisory Council of the Women’s Democracy Network, established by the International Republican Institute, which serves women in emerging democracies across the globe by providing opportunities for political and economic participation.
