Her goal is to ensure that Atlas’ global workforce is an integrated part of the U.S. team—immersed in the company’s unique culture and working toward Atlas’ mission to ‘Uplift Humanity Through Real Estate.’
As Zillow’s exclusive partnership with Atlas in Colorado expanded, Erika was recruited to the team to help facilitate institutional acquisitions and iBuying. The Zillow/Atlas team acquired 900+ homes since October 2018. Additionally, as a personal investor in real estate, Erika actively practices the advice and tactics she advocates and is committed to building long-term wealth and financial freedom for investors and homeowners alike, by empowering individuals to strategically use real estate to achieve their financial goals.
Erika joined the Atlas team in 2018 and has contributed to the company’s impressive growth and market expansion. Before joining Atlas, she served in various leadership capacities for national and international organizations including Rocky Mountain Communities in Colorado serving as the Director of Development. Erika earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Universidad Intercontinental (UIC), in Mexico City, MX, and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University, in Denver, CO. She is uniquely positioned to oversee the remote team in Mexico, as she grew up in Mexico City and is fluent in Spanish.
To coincide with Atlas’ steadfast mission to support, guide, and inspire the communities it serves, in 2020 Erika led an initiative at Atlas Real Estate to address the pandemic’s adverse effect on the real estate community to ensure all community members utilized the resources available, protecting against vacancies and achieving the highest positive outcomes for the residents and investors.
Erika lives in Parker, CO with her husband. She is mom to two children and was born in Mexico City holding dual American and Mexican citizenship. In her free time, Erika enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, walking her dog, and attending community events.
