Jami Duffy
Executive Director (YOR), Co-Manager (UMS) | Youth on Record, Underground Music Showcase
Jami Duffy is a recognized thought leader and innovator in the areas of the music ecosystems, creative youth development, the impact of artmaking, company culture and inclusive leadership. She has served as Executive Director for Youth on Record for over a decade, and most recently was named Co-Manager of Denver’s largest multi-day music festival, the Underground Music Showcase. She is the co-founder of All in Denver, an advocacy group that champions equitable public policy, and is an appointee on Denver’s Commission on Cultural Affairs.
In 2021 Jami was named one of Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 winners, and under her leadership, Youth on Record has twice been named one of the best places to work in Colorado. Most recently, Jami structured a joint venture partnership on behalf of Youth on Record to co-own the Underground music showcase, which is part of a broader initiative she is spearheading to advance a musician middle class in the United States.
Jami is a visual artist at Blue Silo Studios, where she creates abstract paintings and mixed-media sculpture.. She is a Political Science and Journalism Studies graduate of the University of Denver, and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, having served in Nicaragua from 2004-2006.
