Ambassador Todd Chapman (ret.) recently concluded a 30-year career as a diplomat in the U.S. Foreign Service. As the U.S. Ambassador to Ecuador (2016-2019) and then Brazil (2020-2021), he advanced a broad economic, security, and environmental agenda. Ambassador Chapman was selected for the Presidential Distinguished Service Award in 2021, recently admitted into the American Academy of Diplomacy, and is a non-resident senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He now serves as an international business consultant and is a member of several corporate boards. He and wife Janetta moved to Denver in August 2021 to be near their two sons, daughter-in-law, and very soon, their first grandchild.
