Irma Hernández holds a degree in Law and Political Science from USMA. She was the winner of the National Oratory Contest with the theme: "Youth Participation in Democracy." She served as Chief of Staff for Congressman Juan Diego Vásquez. She worked at the Municipality of San Miguelito as the Secretary of Youth. She has a Diploma in Leadership for Transformation from the Development Bank at USMA, a Diploma in Governance and Public Management from the Development Bank at the University of Panama, a Specialization in Regional and Local Management from the Continental University of Peru, and a Diploma in Political Communication from Apprendo Academy.
