Michelle Kent

Michelle leads KPMG’s US Behavioral Change Management Practice and has over 20 years of experience managing the people dimension of large scale organizational change and business transformation efforts. She has practical experience working shoulder to shoulder with clients as they lead their people through the opportunities and challenges associated with different types of business change. She helps companies increase agility and address current and future culture and talent needs in light of the ever increasing rate and complexity of change, including the impact of Intelligent Automation. Michelle works across industries and has significant experience managing the challenges of change on a multi-function and global scale. Prior to joining KPMG Michelle worked with two other global consulting firms, and held several positions at Sandia National Laboratories where she supported International Nuclear and Radiological Non-Proliferation programs. Michelle holds a M.B.A. in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. degree in International Relations from Grinnell College.
