Tyler Coombe is a Shareholder with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP where he specializes in anti-corruption compliance and investigations, corporate internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation. Tyler has represented numerous U.S. and foreign corporations in numerous internal investigations and compliance matters, including matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act in over 15 countries on five continents. Tyler has deep experience conducting risk assessments and compliance evaluations, performing pre- and post-acquisition due diligence and integration, and partnering with clients to design, build, and implement anti-corruption compliance programs. Tyler serves as a member of the Biennial of the Americas Board of Directors.
