Irma Wilde is Vice President and General Manager of Enterprises and Customer Service at AT&T Mexico. She is responsible for sales and contact center operations in the company. Her team leads customer service, technical support, digital strategy and operations.

Irma is passionate about problem solving and creating synergies, with her team she prioritizes customer and business needs creating a bridge between data and the operation pursuing actionable analytics to support the business profitable growth and the best CX.
Irma has a wealth of experience. She joined AT&T in Mexico in 2018 as Business Planning AVP. In this position, she was responsible for connecting the organization's strategic vision with daily operations, as well as leading the company's Digital transformation.
Before joining AT&T, Irma was Director of Business Development and Strategy and Head of Sustainability at Siemens for Mexico and Central America, where she led the sustainability initiative, as well as the launch of the Digitalization strategy. Previously, she served as Regional Ultrasound Business Manager for Latin America. In that position, she was responsible for developing business plans for distributors and direct sales points.

Irma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, an Administration and Finance Master Studies from Universidad de las Americas, she took an Executive Transition Program in the European School of Management and Technology in Berlin, Germany.
