Sustainable Americas

In 2017, the Biennial of the Americas launched the Youth Congress for Sustainable Americas to connect young sustainability leaders from across the Americas to further sustainable initiatives. Today, it is a robust network of young environmental leaders from 15 different countries. The delegates meet annually for leadership development, collaboration opportunities and to highlight their sustainability projects at the individual community level. In October of 2020, we launched a fund to directly support the members of our Youth Congress with funding for community-based sustainability projects.
