2022 Americas Summit Registration

Mexico City, April 26-30

Delegates will explore Mexico’s dynamic economy and cultural landscape through the lens of our three thematic priorities: Innovation, (FinTech, Health and Sustainability), International Relations, and Arts & Culture. Over four days of programming, delegates will participate in site visits, panel discussions, receptions, tours, networking and cultural opportunities with top government and business officials, start-up innovators, entrepreneurs, and contemporary artists.

Registration Includes: 

The delegate fee for the 2022 Americas Summit is $6,000 ($3,500 for government/non-profit). This fee covers all transportation, programmed activities, meals during the formal trip itinerary, private hotel room at the Four Seasons for four nights, staffing, and briefing materials in Mexico City. This fee does not cover airfare to Mexico City.

  • Opening Reception with U.S. Ambassador to Mexico Ken Salazar, as well as other senior Mexican officials and business leaders

  • Experience the world-renowned culinary scene of Mexico City with top chefs and gastronomic visionaries

  • Panel discussions featuring top business leaders and government officials from both Denver and Mexico City

COVID-19 

The Biennial will follow all international travel recommendations and mask guidelines related to COVID-19, which includes CDC requirements to travel back into the United States. All delegates must be up to date and fully vaccinated to attend the summit.  If the summit is rescheduled, all delegate fees will be refunded or transferred to the rescheduled date.

FLIGHT INFORMATION

We recommend United Airlines Flight #1864 departing Denver on April 26, 2022 at 7:50 am, connecting in Houston and arriving in Mexico City at 2:10 pm, ahead of the opening reception at 5:00 pm. Delegates are welcome to stay and enjoy Mexico City or return on any flight of their choosing on or after April 30. Delegates are responsible for booking their own travel to and from Mexico City, airfare is not included in the delegate fee.
