The delegate fee for the Americas Summit is $6,000; government/non-profit rate is $3,500. This fee covers all of the ground costs in Mexico City, including transportation, hotel, meals, and entry to all institutions included in the Summit Agenda. This fee does not include airfare. Circle of the Americas corporate members have a delegate fee included in their partnership commitment. The Biennial of the Americas is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. A portion of the $6,000 delegate fee is tax-deductible. If you are requesting an invoice, please expect an emailed invoice to be sent from katie@biennialoftheamericas.org within 2-3 business days.
